Fail-Safe 4 Felines, Inc. is a Downey-based 501©3 nonprofit organization dedicated to reducing the unwanted feline population through non-lethal means. We trap, neuter, return (TNR) feral and stray cats, attend to their veterinary needs and assist residents who care for them. We offer community ongoing educations on the need for spay/neuter programs and humane treatment of cats. Since 2002, we have trapped over 1000 felines which have been sterilized, received vaccinations, de-wormings, micro-chips and other medical needs. We are an all volunteer organization and we operate by funds collected from donations and fund-raisers. Our goal is to help reduce and control the feral and stray feline population and keep healthy cats living in the city of Downey. Sheranne Jaeger is the founder/director of Fail-Safe 4 Felines, Inc.
