SEE WHAT OUR SOUTHERN TIER DISTRICT IS UP TO.
Since the 1950's... Able2, formerly Cerebral Palsy and Handicapped Children's Association of Chemung County has been the premier provider of comprehensive services in our area to people with developmental disabilities. Today, we are serving hundreds of children and adults along with their families from Chemung County and surrounding areas. All of our services are designed to facilitate the flexible arrangements of preferred and needed services, individually tailored to the unique needs and personal goals of each person.
Cerebral Palsy Associations of New York State (CP of NYS), a multi-service organization with 24 Affiliates, was founded in 1946 by families of children with cerebral palsy, and has become a nationally recognized leader in the care and treatment of people with many different types of disabilities.
