Weddings, meetings, birthdays, fundraisers, the Lodge facility is available for rent. Available for Members and Non-members, rates and availability vary. For more information email 2278events@gmail.com.
Dining Room hosts up to 120 Guests, Ball Room hosts up to 300 Guests, and South Room holds up to 70 Guests.
Event Rental Rules:
The kitchen is not available for any rental use, under any circumstances.
Please leave the facility as it was when you arrived. Set up of chairs and tables is the responsibility of the FACILITY RENTER not the Elks Staff. Tables and chairs shall be placed back where you found them. Diagram available for table placement. We do not request that you empty any trash bins, however any trash from your event should be disposed and not left on tables or floors.
No confetti or glitter! Use of these will incur an additional cleaning fee. No items stuck to walls or doors please. No tacks or tape that will damage walls.
No drinks in the parking lots! Elks security can and will prevent access to anyone trying to enter the facility that appears to be intoxicated.
No beverages are allowed to be brought in or removed from the building.
The North parking lot is for MEMBERS ONLY displaying a current Elks parking tag. The South parking lot (57th & Yukon) is open to the public for PAID PARKING.
