All players should be Elks members, family members of 21 years of age or prospective members. 2. Tournament will start promptly at 9:00 AM.3. Seats are assigned at random and seat changes are not permitted.4. The button will be placed at seat #1 to start play.5. Each player will start with $1000 in chips. Once those chips are gone, the player is eliminated and new chips cannot be bought.6. Any inappropriate behavior, language or cheating will be grounds for dismissal of player with no refund.7. The judge will be Ken Garee. If any conflict or questionable hands occur, the judge’s decision is final.8. If 2 or more players are eliminated on the same hand the player with more chips at the beginning of the hand will be placed higher.9. When 2 players remain the button will post the small blind and act first on the opening round.10. Should there be a misdeal or unintentionally exposed card by the dealer this will automatically result in a redeal.
