The Contact Toolbar is used to access the Meeting Minutes screen as well as to visit the Grand Lodge website and contact Chicago Lodge Membership System via email. This toolbar is located in the bottom left of the system screen when Lodge Secretary is first opened.
Meeting Minutes
Opens the Meeting Minutes screen which allows you to track Lodge meetings and record the various stages of the meetings for reporting purposes.
Grand Lodge
Opens your default web browser to the Grand Lodge website.
CLMS - Chicago Lodge Membership System
Allows you to send emails with questions, comments or concerns to CLMS - Chicago Lodge Membership System.
