Present at the event were Elks Lodge officers and members and Boy Scout Troop 646 to parade the different versions of the colonial flags, American flags and the POW/MIA flag from one post to another. The Benevolent Order of Elks were the first to observe and are the largest supporter of Flag Day. From the founding of Jamestown to present day the flag of our country is historically rich.
