It is with great pleasure that we inform you that you will receive financial assistance to attend Pura Vida College of Massage Therapy to study Massage Therapy. Upon receipt of "Verification of Enrollment" form, completed by the proper school official, the Nevada State Elks Association will forward a check in the amount not to exceed $3,000.00, payable to the College for your assistance.
