Bro. Joseph J. Schaefers, three time PER of Tarentum Lodge No. 644 was installed as District Deputy Grand Exalted Ruler at the July 1998 Grand Lodge session. This is a great honor for our Lodge and for Bro. Joe who is a very dedicated Elk.
