Exalted Rulers' Message: June was a happening month! First, we had the State Convention. Thanks to all our Shreveport Elks who came down to Alexandria, we had a great turnout. Following LEA, we had a beautiful Flag Day with the Boy Scouts. Then came the Annual Luau, thanks to all the Auxiliary members, volunteers, and chefs who helped to make this huge event such a success. Right after that, the Gorilla Ball team had another successful scholarship fundraiser. And finally, to end the month, we are at the Elks National Convention in Kansas City. The Fourth of July is coming up. The celebration at the lodge and pool is for members, spouses, and children only. Have fun & stay safe!
