Changing Screen Size to 1024 x 768
In order to see the yellow help box to the rightmost part of the screen, CLMS requires a screen size of 1024 x 768. This resolution allows for more information to fit on the screen and creates a much clearer and crisper view. Most monitors and graphics allow for this resolution.
1. | At the desktop, left click on the Start Menu. |
2. | Scroll up to Control Panel and left click. |
3. | Go to Display, double click. |
4. | Click on the Settings tab. |
5. | In the section where you see Screen resolution, move the pointer to the 1024 x 768 setting. |
6. | Click on the advance button. |
7. | Make sure the DPI setting is for Normal size (96 DPI); click OK. |
8. | In the section where you see Color quality, make sure Highest is selected. |
9. | When all conditions are met, click on Apply. |
10. | Your screen will change size. |
11. | Leave by clicking on OK. |

Entering the New Year
When entering in the year portion of a date into Chicago Lodge Membership System, you should use a four-digit number. Example: enter in 01/30/2000 instead of 01/30/00. If you enter only the last two digits of a year, years 01-56 will default to 20xx and years 57-99 will default to 19xx. If year is left blank the system will assume the current calendar year.
