After having to cancel the winter 2022 trip to Seattle due to the Omicron COVID-19 breakout, the rescheduled trip took place on May 22-26, 2022 with 12 scholars from around the nation. Scholars distributed food at Immanuel Community Services, gardened at Jubilee’s Women’s Center, and organized clothing donations for DESC Rainer House. The week was also filled with fun as scholars got to visit museums in Seattle City Center, explore Pike Place Market, and enjoy a boat tour and lodge visit sponsored by Ballard, Wash., Lodge No. 827.
